In today's world, computer science knowledge is essential for understanding and navigating the increasingly digital and interconnected nature of our society. Embracing computer science principles empowers individuals to harness the transformative potential of technology, solve complex problems, and shape the future of our global community in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. 

When it comes to anything in today's world, it is typically going to involve computers of some sort. That means that having some sort of general knowledge about the topic is going to make anything that is done on computers that much easier to do. Being able to understand the ins and out of AI, computers, and the internet is a good steppingstone for trying to find good jobs in the future as the world turns more and more digital each year.
